Over the years, Principal Margie, together with her husband Stephen and daughter-in-law Jade, have grown their vision into a thriving educational community dedicated to early childhood development and family support. What began as a passion for nurturing young minds has developed into a group of trusted learning environments that support children at different stages of their development.
Through dedication, experience, and a deep love for education, the family expanded their services to include the sister schools Smallways and Pathways. These schools were created to provide children with a seamless learning journey, ensuring that each stage of their early education is supported by qualified educators, structured programs, and a warm, caring environment. At Smallways, the focus is on building strong foundations through play-based learning, creativity, and social development. Pathways continues this journey by helping children grow in confidence, independence, and academic readiness as they prepare for their next steps in schooling.
Recognising the importance of water safety and physical development for young children, the family also established Swimways, a dedicated swim school designed to teach children essential swimming skills in a safe and supportive setting. Through structured swim programs, experienced instructors, and child-focused lessons, Swimways helps children build confidence in the water while developing strength, coordination, and important life-saving skills.
Together, Smallways, Pathways, and Swimways form our Pathways family a supportive network of learning and development services designed to help children thrive academically, physically, and socially. Under the leadership of Principal Margie and the continued involvement of Stephen and Jade, these schools remain committed to providing high-quality education, personalised attention, and a nurturing environment where every child can grow, explore, and reach their full potential.
